Check-in time for all flights is 30 minutes prior to departure. Ensuring a smooth and timely operation is vital to us at Apex Air Tours. To facilitate an efficient boarding process and maintain our commitment to punctuality, we like all passengers to arrive promptly for check-in. Please contact Apex customer service as soon as possible if you run into any issues arriving on time. Being more than 15 minutes late to the check-in deadline may result in the forfeiture of your reserved seat. We look forward to providing you with a professional and exceptional flight experience. Check into the Odyssey Aviation building, 3950 Merlin Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34741. There will be signs indicating where to go. Walk into the front doors and down the hallway on the right. Take the first right. Follow the stairs up to the second level. Go through the doors on the left, and a team member will meet you for your flight.
Apex is dedicated to providing quality flights to our guests, therefore we cannot delay take-off times. Unfortunately, late arrivals will NOT be able to join the flight. Apex runs on a very professional schedule, and books all flights back-to-back to optimize our helicopters. Guests more than 15 minutes late to check-in will be billed the full cost of their flight, however, we will work with each customer's individual situation with enough notice. Yes! The Aviation building has nice, clean bathrooms. Feel free to wait in the building and use the restrooms while everyone checks in.
We want you to capture every moment of your adventure! Cameras and water are welcome on board. As the helicopter has limited space, and we want each guest to have the utmost comfort, carry-on bags and purses of any size are NOT allowed. You can leave your valued belongings in your vehicle or with the Apex team.
Yes! To show our appreciation, Apex Air Helicopter Tours offers a 10% discount to all veterans, active military, and first responders.

At Apex Air Tours, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality flight experience and ensuring that all flights depart on time. Our commitment to serving each guest is of utmost importance to us.
We understand that unexpected weather situations may arise, and we want to assure our customers that their convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities. In the rare event of weather circumstances that might prevent Apex Air Tours from performing a scheduled flight, our professional staff will work diligently with our valued customers to promptly rebook their flights at no additional charge. Any flight canceled by Apex Air Tours we will first attempt to rebook to a time with better weather and if there is no time available to accommodate you then the full cost will be refunded.
To facilitate any rebooking on the customer's behalf, we charge a nominal $20 rescheduling fee per seat for tours that need to be rebooked. This fee helps us manage logistics efficiently and ensure smooth arrangements for our customers.
Please note that for any changes made over 24 hours in advance, a small rebooking fee will be applied to issue a voucher, allowing our valued customers to use the credit for a future flight. This way, they can still enjoy the incredible experience of flying with Apex Air Tours on another occasion.
We want to emphasize that all ticket and gift card sales are considered final. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient ticketing process and allows us to allocate resources effectively to deliver exceptional flight experiences for all our customers.

Therefore, we kindly inform all our passengers that any person arriving more than 15 minutes late for check-in or failing to show up for their scheduled flight will be billed the full price of the tour.
